Vaseli's Garden is a public TV show in Australia. The "star" is an authenic greek-australian guy who takes you into the backyards of the greek migrants in Melbourne who just as well could be your next door neighbor. He goes into their backyard gardens to find out how they grow their food, he shares their recipes and shows how they make their food (including his charming greek mother who he lives with). Sometimes he shows special how-to's, such as how they made an outdoor oven, or how they irrigate their orchards using harvested water, etc. The show is not only *very* informative, but also hilarious and entertaining. The Greek's are natural organic gardeners and permaculturists! I learn so much.

Please do check it out a few episodes on the internet when you have a chance! Just click on the link, and then click on the web page where it says "View Video":
