A new website for The Permaculture Research Institute USA will be launching soon.

PRI USA

The Permaculture Research Institute would like to announce the upcoming launch of PermacultureUSA.org the web address for The Permaculture Research Institute USA. PRI USA is a Not-for Profit charity based in The USA, which is able to accept tax deductible donations from anyone paying taxes in the USA.

The Mission of the Permaculture Research Institute USA is to work with communities worldwide to expand the knowledge and practice of integrated sustainable agriculture using the whole-systems approach of Permaculture Design to provide solutions for permanent abundance by training local people to become leaders of sustainable development in their communities and countries.

PRI USA will facilitate this through demonstration sites within each country and region. This will provide the experience of a permaculture education site in a project setting specialising in the appropriate technologies and systems specific to each country and region, both culturally and biologically. All of this information will be networked so all of the surrounding countries and regions can take advantage of this information. It will also give students from the overdeveloped world (aka the 1st world) the opportunity to work on projects in and with students from the underdeveloped world (or the 3rd world)

PermacultureUSA.org will also be posting stories and project updates to expand the awareness about what is really happening on the ground around the world.
