We are desperate for someone who has a hive in Santa Monica or knows
someone who will host a hive in Santa Monica. This is important to show
that people are taking advantage of the bee legalization success there
and show what beekeeping in Santa Monica looks like.

Please help. Maurice has contacted us but his bees are not in Santa
Monica. He also called Animal Control and no one has registered their
bees yet.

If you know ANYONE in Santa Monica, ask them if they would like to give
hosting a try. We're not asking for a lifetime commitment. It would be
great to show the "adoption" process. I can provide the bees and hive
if someone will just lend us a backyard in the city limits and is
willing to register.

Thanks!!! - roberta

"There is one, and only one, solution, and we have almost no time to try it. We must turn all our resources to repairing the natural world, and train all our young people to help. They want to.
We need to give them this last chance to create forests, soils, clean waters, clean energies, secure communities, stable regions, and to know how to do it from hands-on experience"
"...the greatest change we need to make is from consumption to production, even if on a small scale, in our own gardens. If only 10% of us do this, there is enough for everyone.
Hence the futility of revolutionaries who have no gardens, who depend on the very system they attack, and who produce words and bullets, not food and shelter."
