hi everyone,

i'm organizing a last minute two-part workshop on making your own emergency plant-based toolbox. you'll learn from one of the best about how to use what is around you to patch yourself or your loved ones right up.

insect bite? put some chewed up plantain on it.
sunburn? mash up the inside of a prickly pear pad, just like aloe.
other problems? there's a tincture or salve for that!

our instructor has been coming to L.A. for years and teaching us to love, use and eat our weeds. she has done some serious body repair and has trained in harsh environments. do not miss out on this rare moment to spend time with a very competent and experienced teacher. most of all it will be a great experience, just as it has been for me every time.
