Fall Activities

November 4:  Serranto Creek Restoration with Saddleback Colleges’ Ecological
                         Restoration classes.  We will be planting natives
along the stream
                         bank and restoring tails for the Serranto Creek
Conservancy. Meet at
                         Saddleback College Applied Science and Technology
parking lot   
                         7:30 AM-8:00 or in Lake Forest . at 9:00 AM for a
3-4 hour activity.
                        Plant design, erosion control and restoration will be
discussed.

November 11: Santa Marguerite water tour of supply and distribution for
Southern
                           Orange. Meet at Saddleback College, Applied
Science and
                           Technology parking Lot 7:30 AM

November 18:  Volunteer Day at Esperenza School, Tijuana, Mexico edible
                            landscaping and gardening, architectural tiling
and building techniques
                            will help to expand the schools services in the
community. One
                            hundred and fifty fruit trees were planted this
spring and irrigation and
                            Fertilizers are valuable activities for these
trees. Assorted other
                             Activities will be offered as work parties and
resource personnel are
                            Available.

Meet at Saddleback College Parking lot at 7:30 Am and return around 5:00PM or
the Chula Vista 4th Street Trolley stop a 8:30 ­9:00 Am
