Hi Everyone

The Book Den bookstore in downtown SB now carries three of our favorite books on natural building.

So if you are still looking for Xmas gifts and want to support one of Santa Barbara's oldest locally owned bookstores, please consider stopping by.  Owner Eric Kelley agreed to a few selections to see how they did on their beautiful table of archtitectural style & design books (lots on craftsman bungalow style) as you first come in the store.  If they do well, there is the hope that the Book Den will be a source for more Natural Building books, as we are always being asked at our workshops & events where these books can be found.  But for now, these are the three books that are available:

• Eco Nest, Creating Sustainable Sanctuaries of Clay, Straw & Timber, by Robert LaPorte & Paula Baker Laporte
• The Small Strawbale House, by Bill & Athena Steen
• The New Strawbale Home, by Catherine Wanek
