Lots of permaculture, sustainability and horticulture books to choose from, and a special sale rack with great selection of half priced books, available inside the bookstore.  Permaculture co-founder, David Holmgren's book "Hepburn Permaculture Gardens" has recently been included on the sale rack.  This is a ten year case study of the development of David Holmgren's own site, a valuable addition to any land designers collection.
