This course will introduce you to the basic principles and applications of Permaculture through beautiful multi sensory presentations, hands-on projects and materials.

 

Hands-on activities include: 

  Designing water storage in swales

  Using levels to determine contour lines

  Digging swales

  Inoculating cover crops & spreading them

  Sheet mulching

  Trees in local settings

  Planting fruit trees & growing mushrooms

  Making seed balls for hard to plant   areas

  Making compost tea, extract & applying it

Fees:
