Hello Everyone

Although many have issues with the SB Newspress, you may want to pick up Monday's issue:

The Building the Blue Economy event with Gunter Pauli, hosted by the SBCC Center for Sustainability and co-sponsors SBCC Scheinfeld Center for Entrepreneurship & Innovation, & SB Permaculture Network  is on the front page in a prominently featured article (that goes from front to back page)

You'll recognize some of your friends in the photo of the audience.

I hope many of you were able to attend one or more of the three day events, each one unique and with a different format and different ways to learn more about the work of Gunter Pauli and his vision of a "Blue Economy". ( www.blueeconomy.de for his weekly releases of his 100 Innovations).

It would be great if we emailed the Newspress and Steve Sinovic, the journalist who wrote the story and thanked him, encouraged him to write more on on sustainability, ecological design, eco-entrepreneurship, green jobs and other related topics in the future, let him know that we as a community are eager for more stories like this.

Steve Sinovic, ssinovic@newspress.com.
