Join us for a FREE fish cutting class presented by Santa Monica Seafood!

Santa Monica Seafood will demonstrate the different styles of cuts you can do with smaller whole fish; from classic fillet, to butterfly, pocket cut, and special Santa Monica Seafood cut.

The demo will also show you how to break down a whole large fish such as Yellowtail and Salmon. Hear about the benefits of purchasing a whole fish as well as proper storage techniques and safety when breaking down a whole fish.
