[Ccpg] green building

I am looking for a green building/sustainable community for an elderly
couple who are currently living in the Bay area but are interested in Ojai.
Either something already existing or perhaps building.  They are interested
in a condo situation or a triplex/fourplex where they could live, have a
unit for a caretaker and rent out the others to like minded people.  This is
to share upkeep, etc.  Any ideas??? Thanks, Susan
