3-Month Organic Farming & Permaculture Internship

       Date:   May 24th, 2004, through August 20th

       Location:   220 Harmony Lane, Garberville, CA

       In this 3-month summer program, interns will receive hands on 
instruction in
       Permaculture Design, Organic Farming, Alternative/Green Building and
       Agro-Forestry. Hosted by the Heartwood Institute, a school of the 
healing arts in
       rural Humbolt county California. Applicants must either begin the 
internship two
       weeks early and take the Permaculture Design course or have completed a
       recognized design course.

       Admission/Fees:
       $4,150. Includes tuition, three organic meals at
       Heartwood and a camping space

       * Reservations are required.
       * Accomodations are available.
