[Ccpg] Greener Communities Presentation in SLO moved to Saturday, April 24

Hi,

The presentation -- "Creating Safer, More Secure and Greener 
Communities" at Steynberg Gallery, 1531 Monterey, SLO,  has been moved 
from Friday, April 23, to Saturday, April 24.  Still, at the Gallery.  
Feel free to pass tied

Mix and Mingle 6:30 to 7
Presentation at 7

Again, there will be a mix and mingle beginning at 6:30.  Displays of 
people and planet friendly projects are welcome.  That could be all 
manner of home improvements like grass to garden, passive solar design, 
concrete removal, green building materials and techniques, rain water 
catchment, gray water, food forest, community or school gardens, 
,,,,,,,,    Groups working on these and related projects/education are 
welcome to bring info to share.  To be on the safe side, please bring 
your own table if possible.

Again, if there is an organized bike tour of permaculture type sites  - 
residential or commercial in SLO, that can be promoted along with the 
presentation.

Finally, a new DVD is available - "Global Trends - Local Choices."  Its 
6 related/mutually supporting mini presentations - power point with 
narration.  90 minutes
