Jan Spencer, from Eugene, Oregon, is planning a speaking tour in
California during the month of April and early May. The presentations
will be free and open to the public and titled "Creating A Safer, More
Secure and Greener Community."

Given the deepening challenges of our times in economics, resources,
culture, environment,,,,there is a great need for more creative and
uplifting responses than what we see from the mainstream. The goal of
the tour is to broaden the discussion about personal, neighborhood and
community choices and strategies that can help lead to a more peaceful
and healthy community and world.

The presentations, power point assisted with fotos and graphics, will
touch on economics, "power shift", permaculture, resilient
neighborhoods, communities of faith, human potential and much more.
Approaches described are based on making use of tools, assets and
opportunities accessible to nearly everyone in nearly every neighborhood
and community and will lead to multiple benefits for people and planet.

Presentations are free and open to the public.
