natural systems, the Ecology of Leadership Program 
guides participants on a leadership development 
journey through self-inquiry, skill-building, and 
deepened nature connection. You will: 
 
• Nourish your passions 
• Build leadership and communication skills 
• Build a peer-coaching support network between 
 workshops 
• "Compost" limiting behaviors and beliefs 
•  Design and implement a self-inspired project, giving  
 you the chance to practice new leadership skills  
 while making a difference in your community 
• Deepen your relationship with nature
