Hello Local Permaculture Community,

Last Tuesday, October 25th we had our Quarterly Program on Water Catchment. There are so many solutions to our drought. Find one that works for you. Here are some local links to carry on the rainwater work: And a You Tube video of Warren Brush showing how to Replenish an Aquifer with Swales…..

Attached is an outline of the program and a list of our upcoming events. Our next program will be on January 24th on how soil building will also help our drought. Stay in touch on our Facebook page SLO Permaculture Guild or Permaculture in SLO County. Scroll down to see other related events.

We opened up our program with passing the hat in support of Standing Rock and sent $40 to Roberto Monge’s Go Fund Me for the Tech Warrior Camp. Please help “warrior up” by donating to the cause here: https://www.gofundme.com/techwarriorcamp

Everything is connected to everything else. Everything is a mirror. Let’s look in the mirror and see who we are and what we stand for. Below are some local events that you can support by attending. Let’s start showing up! Let’s start harvesting rainwater! Let’s start installing more greywater systems. Let’s start insisting on more Low Impact Development in our city streets! Let’s all stand up for Standing Rock!

Let’s all do whatever we can.
