[Lapg] East side potential permaculture paradise needed

My landlord has finally decided to really fix up my home of ten years!  

He gave me 60 days notice so they can fix it and rent it for twice as much.

I am a special needs renter - I have a dozens of fruit trees, lots of gardening supplies, and three rabbits that want to travel with me .  Shoot, I even have a hot tub (but it costs $300 to move). 

If you know of anyone looking to create permaculture paradise on the East side of Los Angeles please send them my way!
