[Lapg] mulchomania

Hey
does everyone knw theres free mulch for the taking in los angeles. just
google free mulch los angeles.
My Watts property is doing well. i plan to rent  a dump truck and cover the
place in mulch.
There is a potential business there as the water shortage begins to boil.
(sorry about that pun).
people will need to cover their lawns as it will become too expensive to
water them. Theres a guy that paints a lawn for forclosed properties.
Wouldnt it be better to mulch?
Very few safety issues in Watts partly due to large police presence. I
inlisted the help of my neighbors as much as I could afford. Big sunday was
good training for this.
They seem to be receptive to me as long as I don't make a complete ass of
myself i.e. dont blast your music, buy from the neighborhood etc.
I have just recently been approached by someone that said I would need a
caretaker if I did not hire him for something. I have to balance out how
much I hire from each ethnic group so I don't cause a race riot. Other than
the competing ice cream truck music, the baby carriage that keeps returning
and the roving bands of chihuahuas that bark all nite its been cool.
I don't have internet right now. I will be relocating to 29 palms where I
will be doing a steel building and other projects.
I need work as a CAD designer if anyone needs me I have several engineers
and contractors I work with and can save you the cost of an architect.
