[Lapg] Permaculture Neighborhood ???

I'm a recent Permaculture Design Certification graduate . I'm looking  
for any areas or neighborhoods in the LA area that permies have found ?
Seems most areas houses are over valued , small lots , not  
sustainable . I know about the house on an 8000 sq ft lot in Pasadena .
