My son is looking for 2-4 inexpensive rainbarrels for an Eagle Scout project he is going to be doing in a couple of weeks. Does anybody know of an inexpensive source? We are getting them priced around $100 or more. This is for Scouts and LAUSD so is tax deductable if we can get them free or wholesale.
