Rodney Chow, Owner of Bright Spring Ranch on the Carpinteria foothills near
Santa Barbara is inviting PERMACULTURE Educated and Skilled people to lease
his land and cultivate it using the Permaculture Principles and Strategies.

The Ranch is about 5 acres total.

Mr. Chow will continue to live with his wife, Joy, in the house on the land
and will continue to work in parts of the land.

There are about 4 acres that can be leased to one tenant only or that can be
subdivided into smaller areas leasable to up to 4 tenants. Water Meters will
be installed to monitor water usage.

Raising Chickens (with movable coop) and Bees would be great !!!

The existing Tool Shed and Warehouse can be used to store tools, equipment
and other materials associated with the cultivation of the land.

Entrance to the Ranch will be directly off Foothill Road, at the South end
of Ranch.

See attached "Photo Essay" with aerial view of Ranch and photos of main
elements.

Leased area(s) and leasing price will be negotiated directly with Mr.Chow.

Please respond directly to Mr. Chow if you are interested:
