In talking with the producer Jeff Gersh he feels his Film can be a visual
tool to bring many groups together to look for solutions for sprawl. In
agreeing to bring the film to Santa Barbara, Jeff asked us to bring as
many voices to the table as possible, including developers, planners,
architects, ranchers, farmers, politicians , Farm Bureau , Cattleman's
Association, Vineyard groups and conservationists , land conservancies,
voices for affordable housing etc. The idea of the film is not to point
the finger at any group, but to bring all groups to the table to form a
new holistic vision to deal with urban growth and the type of communities
people want to live in.
