[Sdpg] water harvesting expert needed for orientation

I'm looking for someone locally who might be of help to a woman who is doing
community work in Peru.
She is in San Diego for a couple of months and wants to return to Peru with
some new skills, resources and knowledge.

Please, contact me if you have a lot of experience with waterharvesting on a
larger than home scale and would be willing
to offer some consultation.
