This is great news for everyone in San Diego County! Rain "Barrel" Rebates for everyone! Check out the rules and restrictions. I'm not sure about getting a rebate from the county if you have already gotten one from the city, but it's worth a try! Don't be fooled by the title "barrel". No need to downplay the potential of this opportunity. GO BIG, San Diego. 55 gallons will water 1-2 fruit trees for 1 week. That's nothin', honey! Your $75 will go further if you can apply it to a larger tank. Start with a miminum 205 gallon Bushman. But open your mind to the possibility of a 500 gallon Norwesco tank. If you want to look at dimensions, check out

It's our own local resource for tanks!

If you want some help designing your ideal setup or seeing what your potential is at your home for rainwater and greywater, please don't hesitate to call me.

Stay tuned for Fall San Diego happenings on the water and Permaculture front.
