Papercrete Workshop, Last Chance for 2014
Sat.  9/27/14,  9:00 AM until about noon

This hands-on workshops will teach you how to turn used paper into a sustainable, light-weight, strong, well-insulated and low cost building material. We will cover recipes, mixing, pouring, forming a slab, embedding an object (i.e., glass brick), and adaptations for other materials and methods. There will be time for questions and answers.

The weather will be warm, so please bring sun protection and your own refillable water bottle. It is recommended that you bring a long-sleeved shirt that you can moisten and wear to cool off, if need be. It is also recommended that you bring a snack. Wear work clothes that you don't mind getting dirty. Participants will sign a liability waiver.
