DIRECTIONS TO OWEN DELL'S 234 Mesa Lane
Coming from the north (Goleta, etc.):
Take Las Positas Road exit, turn right. Follow Las Positas Road all the way
to where it dead-ends at Cliff Drive. Directly in front of you will be the
oak-studded hillside that is the back of the Douglas Family Preserve
(formerly Wilcox Property). Turn left (east) on Cliff Drive. Go up the hill
to the first traffic light, which is Mesa Lane. Turn right on Mesa Lane and
go down about 2 blocks to the intersection of Mesa Lane and Selrose Lane.
This is a "T" intersection, with Selrose Lane on your right and our house
directly opposite it on your left. Look for the tall adobe block wall and
the giant Canary Island Date Palm. The address is 234 Mesa Lane. There is
plenty of parking on both sides of the street.

Coming from the south and from downtown Santa Barbara:
Take the Carrillo Street exit (NOT Cabrillo Boulevard). Turn left and go
under the freeway. Follow Carrillo Street up and over the hill. It will
drop down to the Mesa and intersect with Cliff Drive at a major
intersection. Turn right (west) on Cliff Drive. Go about a mile to the next
traffic light. Turn left onto Mesa Lane. Go down about 2 blocks to the
intersection of Mesa Lane and Selrose Lane. This is a "T" intersection,
with Selrose Lane on your right and our house directly opposite it on your
left. Look for the tall adobe block wall and the giant Canary Island Date
Palm. The address is 234 Mesa Lane. There is plenty of parking on both
sides of the street.

inner workings of nature, Fibonacci s series and its applications.

We will build a spiral herb garden and you will experience the fundamentals of
nature s intricacies with a simple practical application, culinary herbs
for the
kitchen and the garden.
Pierre Constans, the instructor, is a former student of Bill Mollison, the
father of Permaculture. Pierre specializes in setting up living systems that
are both aesthetic and functional: mandala gardens, hedges, herb gardens,
backyard orchards, ponds, organic vineyards and chicken tractors. He operates
the Worm Farm, recycles local restaurant refuse into compost and produces
BioVam. Biovam is a revolutionary organic soil and plant booster that changes
the physical composition of the soil as well as the physiology of plants.
Participants will discover the relationship between plants and mathematics and
the harmony of nature.
