for cctr-ers, Below are drafts of Richard Moore's newest work... When I was 
 in Ecuador with him (at a conference type of workshop)... Michael Brownlee 
and I  spoke to the group about relocalization (before Transition was here 
in the  states) and Richard, the organizer of the major 10 day event in 
Ecuador became  super enamored with the idea. If you feel moved and drawn to 
communicate with  him go for it....
