Hello South Coast permies!

This is farmer Justin from Mano Farm in Ojai. I am writing to announce the
official opening of 'All Good Things Organic Seeds<http://www.agtoseeds.com/>,'
our local, bioregional, certified organic seed company!

We are a certified organic company that offers vegetable, herb and flower
seeds grown at Mano Farm <http://www.manofarm.org/> in Ojai, California. We
are committed to offering home gardeners and small organic farmers
versatile, open-pollinated varieties that are adapted for organic growing
conditions and perform well in diverse climates.

At 'All Good Things Organic Seeds' <http://www.agtoseeds.com/> the
small-scale nature of our operation allows us to emphasize quality during
every step of our seed production:

   - Our seeds are hand harvested, threshed and winnowed in small lots.

   - We do germination tests on all seed lots at least twice a year to
insure our customers receive a quality product.

   - Our seeds are stored under climate-controlled conditions.

   - Because we are also farmers, our seed breeding practices go hand and
hand with our vegetable production. We do grow-outs and trials of every
variety we offer to our customers and only offer varieties that show vigor,
disease resistance and variety specific uniformity.

Southern California gardeners now have a source of organic seeds that were
grown in THEIR climate. This is important, as the seeds we grow and sell are
adapted to the conditions of this bioregion: the rainfall, high and low
temperatures and fluctuations in between, as well as pests and diseases
present in this area. We are excited to be an important piece of the puzzle
that is bioregional self-reliance and sustainability!

We will be adding new varieties to our website every month, so be sure to
check back often. We appreciate your support and any and all feedback!
Here's to the growing sustainable food movement of SoCal!

in gratitude,
Justin Huhn & Quin Shakra
