Call it what you want, this is a clearly presented lecture on the facts, with an opportunity for questions at the end. So be thinking about your questions. I saw it in Solvang Wednesday and it will be at the Faulkner in SB Thursday at 6:30 PM. BTW, Dr Powell prefers the term Climate Instability.
