Many of you may not be aware of the role the Los Angeles Eco-Village 
played in getting the contemporary Permaculture Movement going in the LA 
area.  But along with Bill Roley's Permaculture Institute of Southern 
California, Julia Russell's Eco-Home, plus Larry Santoyo's first LA PDC 
course, Los Angeles Eco-Village put Permaculture in take-off mode in
