Modoc Preserve is Turning 15! – Apr. 12

We are celebrating the 15th anniversary of the
Modoc Preserve! This beautiful 25 acres was
protected in 1999 when the La Cumbre Water
Company granted a conservation easement to the
Land Trust to keep this land open and undeveloped
for community benefit. The network of pedestrian
and equestrian trails and the small natural
wetland make this a neighborhood gem. Its
location adjacent to a section of the 5 mile
Obern Trail also makes it a highly valued resource.

What: a FREE, family-friendly community celebration
Where: Modoc Preserve, near the bike path as it
leaves Modoc Road at the west end of the Preserve.
When: April 12, 11:00 am- 2:00 pm
Why: Modoc Preserve is turning 15!
