In case you missed the last update, our special guest, Madaraka Nyerere, was not able to obtain a visa in time for the event. We hope you will still join us for the delicious gourmet vegan dinner by Chef Evi Berge. GRA's US directors, Lyn and Tara, will provide a brief update of progress on rural water supply, support for orphans, permaculture, herbal medicine, and tree planting, with special emphasis on sustainable alternatives to the global charcoal dilemma.
