Want to meet some young dynamic students from Finland interested in
sustainability?

these Scandinavian students are currently traveling and participating in the
Nordic Impact week events (climate related) taking place in both San
Francisco and Los Angeles.

We are connected, because Lars Ling, one of the main organizers from Sweden,
was a part of the From Green Jobs to Building the Blue Economy event with
international green entrepreneur Gunter Pauli in 2010 Santa Barbara
Permaculture Network co-sponsored with the SBCC Center for Sustainability.

They are exploring and discussing the future of education in the face of all
the dire circumstances that are unfolding so quickly, they feel education
around the world is failing to educate students for an unpredictable future!
They want to meet students, adult mentors, and educators everywhere to
discuss, including Santa Barbara while here.

If you happen to be at the Farmers Market on Saturday feel free to drop in!
11:30am - 1:30pm Location: Antioch University, upstairs, Rm #340, near
Honey Bee Cafe.

please share if you think of others who might be interested - Margie Bushman
