Lawn Removal Strategies:The most effective, non-toxic ways to remove 
or replace turf

including advantages and disadvantages of different approaches.

What are the techniques that build the water infiltrating capacity of 
the soil, are cost effective, require the least maintenance, are 
non-toxic, quickest, and require the least amount of metered water to 
complete? Learn from your colleagues and share your experience.

2.   Support permit free greywater in Santa Barbara County!

Come show support at Goleta Water District Water Management and Long 
Range Planning Committee Meeting, 2:00 pm on Thursday  October 15 at 
Goleta Water District HQ, 4699 Hollister Ave, Santa Barbara, CA 93110.

Action requested:  Goleta Water District to approve sending of letter 
in support of permit-exempt "simple "( <250 gpd) greywater system 
policy of County Building Official. This would enable households to 
install simple greywater systems like from a shower,  bathroom sink, 
or both, without getting a permit.

Background: Unified Policy for Permit Exempt Graywater Systems Under
