[Lapg] Wind generator

[CURTIS BLANKINSHIP]

This is a link to a cheap savonius windmill. I may use it to extend the
growing season on my property in Oregon. I only need about 2 more hous of
light. The wind blows during the spring and fall hopefully enough to power
some lights for a couple of hours a day.
